US’s tallest beachfront tower to be branded by Bentley in Miami
Developer Gil Dezer, of Miami’s Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa, is launching a new luxury condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., in collaboration with Bentley Motors.
It’s the first branded Bentley residence in the world, and each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage on the same floor as their apartment via a patented elevator known as the Dezervator.

Developer Gil Dezer, known for his luxury condo towers and exotic car collection, is partnering with Bentley for his next project.
Dezer Development will build a Bentley Motors-branded skyscraper on an oceanfront site in Sunny Isles Beach. Sales are expected to launch later this year, as early as October, Dezer told The Real Deal. It will mark the first Bentley residential tower in the world.

The massive duplex penthouse at Arte, the Miami condominium where Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner signed a lease, has just gone on the market.
Designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, the 12-story building is home to just 16 residences. The penthouse, dubbed Villa Nove, is the largest—taking up the entire eighth floor and offering 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Surfside neighborhood, and downtown Miami.
